General Questions
The platforms we work best with are WordPress, and Laravel for custom development. For quick ecommerce showcase and easy to manage we always recommend Shopify or BigCommerce.
This totally depends on a lot of different things: scope of the project and the deliverables, client response time, etc. Typically, a full branding package with a website will take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. We have gotten websites done in as little as 2 weeks with fast communication and clear direction. We send over a project outline with the due dates for both you and ourselves, so you have an idea of what to expect for your launch date.
While we offer base pricing on this website, we never sign a project until we’ve talked, and we’ve sent you a custom proposal. This ensures a price that is fair for both parties. For example, pricing for a large website with 50-100 eCommerce products, a blog, and custom branding will look a lot different than a simple informative or corporate website with 5-10 pages.
One can always schedule a call to get a custom quote on any project.
We will send a contract and invoice via email where you can pay by card or bank transfer. All service and transaction fees are covered by us.
Sure do! As we LOVE working with small businesses, and we do understand that budget is a huge factor in launching any business. We offer payment plans that fit your budget, up to 6 months for projects over $10,000, with as little as 30% upfront. For projects under $2000 we offer a payment plans up to 3 months with 40% upfront.

Website
We 100% stand by IONOS and AWS for both domain purchasing and website hosting. They offer free SSL, email accounts, fast customer service, 24 hour site backups, and more. Another great option is HostGator or Bluehost.
It can be done! We will charge a rush fee based on project size upon booking, and we will hit that launch date no problem at all.
This totally depends on the keyword you are searching. For example, if you have a skincare company and want to get on Page One of Google for “Skincare”, you are competing with multi-million dollar companies for that spot. However, if you are trying to get on Page One of Google for a location specific service with lower competition, we will do everything we can to get you there.
We do a basic SEO setup by default, which means we establish keywords, meta descriptions, and focus on readability analysis. Want more than that? We have recommendations for companies that can get you further up the Google list (usually $ 1,800 – $ 4,500 per month)

Branding
No worries! That’s the hardest part, we totally get it! We will work through it together. We start with colors and fonts before we even design the first logo, so there’s time to figure it out. Usually, our process will give clients clarity into the perfect name for their business.
Yes! We believe that your font is a CRUCIAL part of your business and want you to have them to do what you want with. You will get either OTF or TTF files that can easily be converted to whichever file type you need.
Sure! We do provide one off logo design, as long as you already have a clear idea of your brand board and color as these are a huge part of a visual brand.
